Indian Grill began in 2016, to bring the best street food from India to Sweden. Our idea is to reach our customers through restaurant, food trucks and catering. Our motive at Indian Grill is to create Indian cuisine with a twist of flavours to offer our customers the best food experience.

Behind the food story of Indian Grill is Piyush Sapra who has been working in the food industry for the past 10 years in Sweden. During this long journey, he has worked as a Chef with Hurry Curry and now has started his own food chain. He has been developing his own secret magical recipes to represent his own creation and passion for food. He is an expert in innovating and creating new food concepts.

We work very carefully when it comes to ingredients. We choose fresh, local produce products. No artificial, no preservatives, no GMO, we do everything from scratch.

The street food we serve is (Chatpata) Indian Umami comes with all four sweet, salty, sour and spicy.
